Currently he is studying for his Masters for Administrstive Science of Technolgy

He considers himself to be an attentive listener of people around him and recognizes his mistakes and takes the criticism when necessary. Professionally, he seeks a place to be useful in a corporate environment, learning and sharing his experience in the technology and customer service fields.

Throughout his previous experiences, he has learned about customer service under challenging circumstances, focusing on customer needs with high quality of service delivery. I bring to Indigena several years of experience in the Quality assurance field - both manual and automation and I have hands-on experience in every phase of the Software testing lifecycle including Planning and execution. I have worked extensively on Client Server, Windows, Web based, Unix and Java based applications. I have completed my bachelor degree in Information Technology, diploma in computer science networking and developed keen interest towards QA Testing.

Cricket is my favourite sport. I use to play cricket all the time and it is one of my hobby. I represented my College cricket team as captain and won many matches. We also played cricket matches for charity and donated all the proceedings to the charity.

Edmonton. I have visited my friends in Edmonton last summer and we had planned a trip to see Banff National park. We explored the natural beauty of Lakes Minnewanka, Moraine and Lake Louise and we took Gondola ride to Sulphur Mountains too.

I am purely vegetarian. And I love to cook both vegetarian and Non vegetarian. Cooking is my hobby and I am passionate about it. During my leisure times I will try different recipes. But I pity my wife, because she has to taste all of them.

Denise also enjoyed working as a facilitator for Basic Computer Classes, for computer illiterate people who needed basic computer skills to do basic job search and complete basic job requirements. She was also able to work various IT jobs using her creativity and love for Native art, assisting with the animation creation of legends from her Nisga’a people. She hopes to further her education in IT-combined with her passion for her culture, to create a one-stop-shop DVD/Application to teach people about the history, Art, Songs and language all in one.

Denise brings over 20 years of IT, and customer related experience to Indigena Solutions. Her primary strength is working with the client to identify their needs and to assist all teams involved in developing business solutions to improve customer service. Denise joined Indigena Solutions on September 25th, 2015, accepting a role as a Service Delivery Manager for the Business Process and Infrastructure Services teams. Her responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of IT services (end-user support, coach and mentor delivery team, and incident/risk management) all the while following ITIL best practices. She is also the liaison to end users and stakeholders for business issues to ensure the quality of services and support.

During Denise’s career, she has gained valuable experience giving her a wide range of skills. Her past employment has been with corporations such as Datatech, Intrawest, Arinc/YVR, Lululemon, SHL Communications, Software development companies and various Managed Services providers. Through her career she has gained the following strengths:
• Analyzing metrics for service requests and incidents to identify problem trends and adjust training/support of technical staff accordingly.
• Improve the development of support staff with cross-training and transform teams to be highly successful.

Prior to joining Indigena, Dylan has held positions with YVR (Vancouver Airport), HSBC, Xerox, Best Buy and The Burnaby School Board. Where he has gained a wealth of experience as a System Administrator or in IT Service Desk management. Dylan has an attention to detail and is a logical thinker. He has extensive experience with user support, process development and IT infrastructure. Dylan can seamlessly bring together the worlds of IT operations and technology. Dylan studied Computer Systems at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Information Systems at Athabasca University. He also holds many IT industry certifications and possesses an instrument rated commercial pilots licence.

In Dylan’s free time some of his favorite hobbies and things to do outside of work are to ride his motorcycle on road trips short and long, or rent an aircraft and pilot it for a flight around BC’s south coast or Okanogan.

I’ve been working as a Creative Services Associate with Indigena Solutions since 2013. Prior to my employment with Indigena I worked as a graphic designer as well as a photo editor. I studied Fine Arts and Graphic Design at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. It was at this time that I also discovered photography, which quickly became a favorite pastime. I was born and raised in Vancouver though I am of Spanish and Italian heritage and speak fluent Spanish. When I’m not at work you can usually find me exploring BC’s beautiful and expansive nature with my husband, our dog and my camera, which rarely leaves my side.

Jay Joined Indigena Solutions in November 2016 with the IS team as a Social Media Support Specialist. He brings to the team lots of experience that encompasses one and half-year of comprehensive experience in IT. He has studied Masters in Administrative Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver.
His career expands multiple layers and he brings experience in technical support services, efficient troubleshooting for end users and offer effective data management through SharePoint and other qualitative platforms such as DBMS and other indexing techniques. He has vast knowledge and a strong set of skills accompanied by expertise knowledge in Hardware and Software installation, maintenance and other Routing protocols.
His ability to communicate and work with others is a strength that will help shape the work environment at Indigena by teamwork and collaboration. Quick learning skill and positive attitude have made him adaptable to his colleagues and fast-paced work environment.

John has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Telecommunications and Professional Services companies, both established and startup. As a member of the executive management team at Indigena he provides leadership in building an entrepreneurial sales organization as the company enters its next stage of growth. John leads and oversees the development of new business to ensure business growth through directing and executing Business Development, Marketing and Sales activities, leveraging Indigena’s operations and delivery management, Accenture partners, and its Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Indigena in August 2013, John was Director of Sales, BC for The Herjavec Group a Canadian-based security and infrastructure value-added reseller (VAR). In 2007 John joined Zentra Computer Technologies as Vice President Services, BC, an infrastructure VAR focused on storage and services. Zentra was acquired by The Herjavec Group in August 2011. For the 5 years prior to his work with Zentra, John was a key executive at Burntsand, a software development and systems integrator, as Vice President, BC. John’s contributions to Burntsand included service excellence, client relationships, opportunity growth, people development, internal Burntsand performance and external leadership in British Columbia.

Throughout the 1990’s, John contributed to diverse companies as an executive in charge of operations, service delivery, client relations and technology strategy, in multiple platforms. These include: Vice President & Client Executive for EDS in Vancouver, responsible for the Canadian based IT Operations of customers such as Weyerhaeuser, Sabre, and NorskeCanada; Vice President, Technology and a founding member of FrontLine Technology Partners (now Burntsand), specializing in e-commerce and web based solutions for workflow, messaging, document management and customer management; and Vice-President, Systems Engineering Business Services Group (BSG) at Integrated Network Services Inc (INSINC), Canada’s leading wide area network integrator until it was acquired by Sprint Canada.

Kenneth Skou is part of the Canadian Accenture Services practice with more than 15 years of experience in capability development and IT project delivery in both Europe and in Canada - predominantly in the Communications & High-Tech and Financial Services industries.
A re-joiner to Accenture, Kenneth spent his first 7+ years with Accenture working in the Management Consulting practice in Europe. He has hands-on experience from every phase in the systems development life cycle, including associated Business Process Reengineering and Organizational Design & Development. During the 6 years before joining the Management team at Indigena Solutions, Kenneth has been focused on IT Governance, and Program Release Management at TELUS.
He has a Master’s degree in Management and Applied Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen as well as two years of post-secondary study of Business Law & Economics at the Copenhagen Business School.

Deployed to Indigena Solutions since November 2011, Ken is accountable for the cross-domain delivery of services to Indigena Solutions' clients and as a member of the executive management team, he is responsible for:

For work it was Chicago for a week of training. For pleasure it was a 2-week trip back to Alberta to enjoy Christmas and New Years with the best of friends!

Kiana joined the Indigena family in January 2017 and is a member of the IS team. Her role is an Infrastructure Support Analyst. Kiana’s hometown is Bella Coola and she moved to the lower mainland in 2001 to attend Post-Secondary School. After high school she attended the Institute of Indigenous Government in Vancouver where she studied First Nations Studies and Criminology.

Her work background most recently includes a local First Nations nonprofit organization, where she worked with children in foster care and focused on being a community support worker with PAFNW. Prior to this position she was a General laborer working for a landscape company and her responsibilities included the repairing of tools, and landscaping properties. Kiana also spent two years with the Nuxalk Nation as a Band Manager /Councilor fulfilling many tasks as necessary.

Hello Everyone! I am a recent member of the Indigena Team. I work in a call center team and have been getting calls and messages regarding SAP and Sharepoint. I am also learning a few other applications for the position of Infrastructure Support Specialist.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a double minor in Business Administration and Native Studies from Brandon University in Brandon, Manitoba. I moved to Vancouver in 2012. It is a great place to live. My other most recent work experience includes a local, Aboriginal, not-for-profit organization, where I worked with Aboriginal children in foster care. I really got to know the Vancouver Lower Mainland as my work involved driving clients as well.

Originally from Serbia, with over 15 years of hands-on experience creating and implementing software applications I joined Indigena Solutions in the summer of 2013. During his first professional steps with Accenture, Resael started as Software Engineer developing his technical and professional skills and worked his way up to become a Software Engineering Team Lead before moving to Canada.

Sagar came to Canada as a student in January 2014 and pursued his Masters of Administrative Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He brings tremendous technical, analytical and interpersonal skills which driving him to deliver high-quality support to his clients.

He joined Indigena in February 2012 as a member of the embedded Accenture Management team. His responsibilities include managing and developing the testing team, service delivery and client relationship management, solution design, implementation and project delivery.

During his career Sal acquired valuable experience with a wide range of companies, from small start-ups to large corporations. Prior to joining Indigena, as a manager in the Accenture Services workforce, Sal was engaged in many medium and large sized projects in the retail, telecommunications, products and finance industries. He has been involved with organizations such as Kodak, Best Buy, BC Hydro, TELUS and ICBC where he consistently produced high quality deliverables, modeled solid teams, found opportunities to cut costs and established strong relationships.

Prior to Indigena, I have worked with American Express and Barclays accounts in Infosys Limited. The major part of my responsibilities included test strategy implementation, test plan development, test execution, bug tracking, mentoring and reporting. I have a strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Database, QA principles and Software testing methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Some of the tools that I have proficiency include HP ALM, Teradata, JIRA and Oracle SQL Developer.

Outside of Vancouver, I had visited Andaman and Nicobar islands, India. The best part of the trip was Snorkeling and candle lit dinner near the beach.

Yvonne is the Vice President of Finance and Operations for Indigena Solutions.

She is a multi-lingual, well-travelled senior executive who seamlessly integrates the realms of finance, operations and marketing with expertise in the areas of financial, project and operational management, strategic development and implementation, and advertising.

Prior to Yvonne’s current position at Indigena Solutions, her most recent positions included that of CFO/Sr. VP Finance and Administration for Homewood Human Solutions, a national Employee and Family Assistance Program, for ten years, and strategic management consulting for an aggregate mining start-up as Manager, Finance and Administration and for a high-tech, publicly traded (CDNX) company as Vice President of Corporate Administration and Communications. Prior to that, she was the Director of Finance and Administration for a Vancouver advertising agency, Dome/FCB Ltd., for eight years, and Controller for a Vancouver environmental consulting firm for three years.

Yvonne has completed Simon Fraser University’s Executive Masters of Business Administration program, possesses a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia (major in Finance) and is a graduate of the three-year Certified Advertising Agency Practitioner Programme.
